SCHOOL SAFETY & SECURITY TRAINING

The need for school safety and security training extends beyond the School Resource Training Officer (SRO),. The growing number of school shootings, bomb threats, cyber bullying and face-to-face bullying incidents impose a whole new class of campus security responsibilities on administrators and staff. Training from the Findlay's All Hazards Training Center can help.

It's not enough to hold annual lockdown drills and install additional surveillance cameras. Today's SROs and administrators need to be able to do vulnerability assessments, understand the warning signs of threats and potential problems, then respond quickly and appropriately to contain incidents when they do occur. Whether it's Facebook bullying of a single student or a near-riot at a basketball game, school officials need to be trained to assure student safety. Let FIndlay All Hazrads experts show you how. Our customized training is typically done at your campus and includes security plan development, tabeltop exercises and full district-wide drills that involve local law enforcement.
